It is situated in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta, bordering Shanghai to the north and Suzhou to the west. The company is a 20-minute drive from Jiaxing Nanhu Airport, a 60-minute drive from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Pudong Airport, and a 10-minute drive from the downtown area of Jiaxing City. Since its establishment in 2017, the company's brand, Panny & Panddy, has been deeply involved in the field of car child safety seats, relying on its own factory and integrating research and development, production, and sales. Currently, it boasts a factory space of over 5,000 square meters, two food-grade standard assembly lines, and over 50 employees, with a production capacity of 300,000 sets of smart car child safety seats per year.
Since its inception, the company has always adhered to technological innovation as its core and travel safety as its mission. Technical representatives have traveled to Germany to communicate and learn from ADAC, continuously delving into the field of domestic and international technical standards for car child safety seats. The company has passed ISO9001 international quality management system and RDW certification from the Dutch Ministry of Transport, and its products have been fully certified by the latest EU ECE E4 R129 (i‑Size) and the latest national GB 27887-2024 standards.
The first product of the company's brand "Fat Panda/panny&panddyd", "Zhizhen", ranked among the top three domestic sales once it was launched. Subsequently, "Zhishan", "Zhimei", and "Zhishan Pro" were launched one after another, continuously improving the product matrix. As of now, the company has established deep cooperation with more than 200 confinement service centers across the country and obstetrics departments of public hospitals in first-tier cities. By 2025, the cumulative sales volume has exceeded 300,000 units. In 2026, the company established an international business department, officially stepping into global development.
